I specialize in helping teens (12+) and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-harm, and relationship issues. What is neurodiversity-affirming therapy?​Neurodiversity-affirming therapy is all about embracing neurodiversity. Instead of focusing on what’s "wrong" with someone, this approach celebrates unique strengths and experiences. It’s especially helpful for people with ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent traits, providing a supportive space to thrive.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?​Nope! You don’t need a doctor’s referral to book a session with me. Just reach out and we can get started whenever you’re ready.

What is your cancellation policy?I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. This allows me to offer the time to other clients who may need it.

How often should I come to therapy?​The frequency of therapy depends on what feels right for you. Some people like weekly sessions to build momentum, while others prefer every other week or monthly check-ins. We’ll figure out a schedule that suits your life and goals.

What should I expect in the first therapy session?In our first session, we’ll take it slow. We’ll chat about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. You don’t have to prepare anything or worry about what to say—just come as you are, and we’ll figure it out together!

Can I contact you between sessions?While I’m not available for crisis support between sessions, I’m here for any big discussions during our time together. What if therapy doesn’t seem to be helping?Therapy isn’t always a straight path—it can take time to see progress. If you ever feel like things aren’t clicking, let’s talk about it! We can tweak our approach or explore new strategies to make sure you’re getting what you need.

Do you accept NDIS clients?Yes! I accept self-managed and plan managed NDIS participants for therapy services.

Do you accept Mental Health Care Plan clients?No, I don't currently accept MHCP clients, as I don't bill through Medicare.
