Feel Empowered to Thrive-Exactly as You Are
Neurodiversity affirming therapy for adults and young people
Practical | Relatable | Collaborative
You might be here because you're struggling with feeling overwhelmed by daily stress and anxiety or your child may be struggling with intense emotions and can’t cope without self-harm.

You may be experiencing a constant stream of thoughts that just don't seem to turn off at night, lacking confidence in yourself or you’re chronically busy because if you stop, this means you’ll have to confront some of the feelings you're avoiding.

You might be struggling to feel confident in yourself and connected in your relationships, fearing what others are thinking or not being able to show up as your true self.

You hope for more ease, deeper connections, and more confidence. Together, we’ll take steps toward building confidence, improving relationships, and creating a life that emphasizes your uniqueness.
Working With Me
Picking the right therapist is a big decision. As a social worker who has worked in mental health for years, I understand how challenging it can be to feel heard and understood. How vulnerable it can be to open up to someone new.

Using a collaborative approach, I work as a guide in tackling challenges together in a way that feels supportive and works for you. I use art, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioural therapies to teach you tangible skills that work for your neurodivergent brain. I normalize and validate the neurodivergent experience to support you in finding compassion for yourself and your needs.

Collaboration not Prescription
Many therapists work from a top-down approach. I position myself as a collaborator, not an authority. As a neurodivergent person who was once seeking a sense of calm in my overwhelming storm, I understand the need for co-creating goals while normalizing and validating the neurodivergent experience.
Having a deep understanding of young people, their experiences, and their language allows me to connect and focus on understanding their challenges. Supporting the person for who they are and embracing strengths is integral to the process. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, it’s about working together to support your unique needs without rushing.
I blend professionalism, relatability, fun, and laughter to make therapy a less intimidating space. Considering sensory needs and helping to build tangible skills for the neurodivergent brain.

Outside of Work
When I’m not in session, you can find me on Instagram, binge-watching every version of Below Deck, weightlifting, seeing live music, exploring Australia, and spending time at the beach.
